DiMarco did a fantastic job designing and installing our high velocity AC system in our 1929, 3-story Heights home. They identified a plan to install all ductwork and registers without destroying our walls or architectural details, requiring just a few spots of patching once install was complete. Everyone from DiMarco was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful, and our installers - Justin and Jason -were fantastic. They were on time every day, left no debris, were responsible in the home and when leaving, as well. And they are great with dogs!
DiMarco was comparably priced with other companies, but their willingness to work with us and provide us with a comfortable plan for completion and financing was far above the competitors we spoke with, and their plan for install (and avoiding damage to our home) was preferable to other proposals we considered. We absolutely recommend DiMarco for High velocity AC installation and services!
About This Project
Back in April, we reviewed the property at in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Devora S. had recently purchased the house and was doing some renovations prior to moving in. The house has boiler heat with no AC. Devora S. wanted AC before she moved in. We proposed a Unico Cooling system. The job entailed installing the indoor unit in a knee wall on the 3rd level and fishing the duct work through ceilings on the 2nd and 1st levels. There was some soffit work that was needed by her contractor to conceal the main duct. The 5-ton condenser was installed outside as per usual. There was also a need for some electrical upgrades that were completed by DiMarco and Associates Electrical.
To make sure the air was as clean as can be to combat some breathing issues we installed a Polarized Media Air Cleaner.
The job is completed. We then air balanced the equipment and commissioned it. The system is working perfectly.
